2. Use an Ethernet cable to connect the Meeting Ultra's Ethernet port to a PoE-enabled router or switch.

How much storage does one hour of in-device recording take up?
An hour of 1080P video recording takes up about 4-5GB of memory. An hour of 4K video recording takes up about 24-28GB of memory.
Why are there only 4K and 1080P resolution options in Standalone Mode, but a 720P option is available when the camera is connected to a computer?
In USB mode, the resolution switch function allows you to adjust the native resolution sent to the meeting software on your computer. Many popular meeting applications only support transmission at 720p or lower resolutions, so we've provided options for 720p, as well as 4K and 1080p to accommodate these limitations.
In Standalone mode, the resolution setting you change affects the quality of the locally recorded video using the Camera Tool. We aim to deliver the best possible image quality to our users, recommending higher resolutions like 4K or 1080p for recording. Therefore, we do not suggest using 720p for in-camera recording at this time.
Why is there a difference between the actual time and the time I selected, even though I chose the correct time zone?
Some areas have different time zones for summer and winter.
We suggest you go to **Timezone** - slide down to the bottom - **More** - **Select time zone** to select the right time for your location.
Is the Auto Sleep function supported by Kandao Meeting Ultra?
Not supported.
Why is the speaker tracking sometimes slow?
To avoid frequent shaking or switching of the screen, we highlight and display the speaker only after they have been speaking continuously for 3-5 seconds.
Why does ghosting occur in the video when people move quickly?
When HDR function is enabled, the system uses multi-frame synthesis to enhance the image's dynamic range, improving details in the meeting scene. However, fast-moving objects have significant displacement in multi-frame synthesis, resulting in ghosting. This is a feature of HDR function, not a camera malfunction. Disabling the HDR function will eliminate the ghosting.
Why are there no HDR and resolution switching options?
The HDR and resolution switching options are hidden during meetings. They can be seen by opening the settings in the Camera Tool.
Why do monitors or lights in the video flicker? How to avoid this kind of situation?
The flickering of ordinary lights/monitors is not visible to the naked eye but they do flicker rapidly. When the camera's frame rate exceeds the flicker frequency of the lights/monitors, it sometimes captures one frame as dark and another as bright, making the lights/monitors appear to flicker.
It is recommended to turn off the HDR function in evenly lit meeting rooms and to turn it on in high-contrast scenes (such as meeting rooms with large windows and ample natural light).
Can the resolution be switched during recording?
No, it cannot. It is recommended to select either 4K or 1080p resolution before starting the recording.
Will the system remember the user-set parameters?
Yes, it will. The system will remember the parameters set by the user in Standalone mode or USB mode, including smart mode, lock mode, 360° panoramic, shielded area, and video settings, and apply them to all meetings.
Does it support wireless mouse and keyboard?
Yes, it does.
What are the specifications of the compatible adapter?
Any adapter that supports 15V 3A is compatible.
Is the screen on the Kandao Meeting Ultra detachable?
No, it is not detachable.
What should I do if screen mirroring is not working?
1. Ensure that the 'Screen Mirroring' feature is enabled in the settings
2. Ensure that the conferencing device and the device you want to mirror are on the same local network
3. If you need to mirror files from within the device, ensure that the conferencing application is allowed to display over other apps (This prompt will appear the first time you attempt screen mirroring, or you can manually adjust it by following these steps:
Go to Settings > Storage > Apps > Select the relevant conferencing software > Tap on the conferencing software icon > Find 'Display over other apps' > Allow it)
How do I use the HDM IN port? What devices are supported by the HDMI IN port?
The HDMI IN interface can be used for wired screen sharing.
When using the device in Standalone mode, click on the "Screen Share" function within your meeting software and select "HDMI IN Wired Projection", then click "Start Now". After that, connect your computer's HDMI OUT port to the device's HDMI IN port, and you will be able to share your computer's display with local displays and remote attendees.
Alternatively, you can directly click on the "HDMI Monitor" button in the top-right corner of the homepage, and then connect a supported computer (with an HDMI OUT) to the device's HDMI IN interface. In this case, your computer screen will be displayed on the local display.
