QooCam has a aluminium body which is capable of dissipating heat. It will get hot after working
for a long time but it won’t affect its functionality and image quality.

The source file is reversed. It would be “normal” after stitching in QooCam Studio.
26. How can I connect QooCam with QooCam BT remote?
(1) Enter QooCam BT mode: Hold QooCam shutter button until QooCam is started to enter BT mode(
indicator lights would blink blue in BT mode);
(2) Start BT controller: blue light would blink for 1-2 seconds, then it will get connected with
QooCam automatically.
(3) When they get connected, the indicate light would turn to solid blue.

Because now FB only supports iPhone with dual camera lens and specific Android phones (some types

(1) View 3D videos in Facebook:
Upload a 3D video to your Facebook page, find your post. Click the ●●● on the top right corner,
then click SAVE VIDEO. Put on your Oculus Go or other VR headset, go to Facebook 360 App, scroll
down Your Videos. The video will appear on your Saved Videos list.
(2) View 3D videos in YouTube:
When you play the 180 3D footage in YouTube on desktop PC, it will show like traditional frame
video. Open the video on YouTube APP, choose the quality to 2160s, select the cardboard symbol,
and the video will play in the 3D 180 mode.
(3) The 3D 180 video in QooCam APP:
Click “APP Album”, select the 3D 180 picture/video, select the cardboard symbol, and the video
will play in the 3D 180 mode.

Supported file extension includes JPG and PNG. Please check If you are importing not supported

42. How can I process DNG image in QooCam Studio?
(1) Process a set of DNG8 in Raw+ software. Get a merged DNG;
(2) Open the DNG in PS, Camera raw window would pop out;
(3) In the Camera raw window, click save image, select .JPG as image extension name, select JPEG
as image format, select All metadata. Save settings, click open image to enter PS main editing
page;
(4) Shift+Ctrl+S: save the picture as JPEG type image;
(5) Stitch the .jpg image in QooCam Studio.
43. Why does QooCam Studio say “the file is abnormal” even when I import a QooCam JPG?
(1) The JPG you imported into QooCam Studio is originally DNG, you converted the DNG to JPG in a
wrong way.
