Overview
The SSD integrated module of the Obsidian Pro uses ext4 as its file system. To ensure that your SSD integrated module (hereafter referred to as SSD module) is recognized by your Windows/Mac computer, make sure you have installed software capable of recognizing ext4. We recommend the following software as tools for recognizing the SSD module and have provided an official version of the software when you purchase the Obsidian Pro SSD card reader (hereafter referred to as SSD card reader).

Obtaining the Software
Authorization Process
Please visit the Paragon Software official website to register an account using your email. Then, contact Kandao Technology (service@kandaovr.com) and provide the following information:
Software Installation/Open Software
Install the software and log in with the authorized account. If your account was authorized after logging in, please log in to the software again. If you have already installed and authorized the software, make sure the software is open. If you are unable to log in to your account, note that Paragon software provides a 10-day free trial upon the initial software installation without logging in.
