Kandao Raw+ uses computational photography techniques, similar to what we are seeing in many high-end smartphones, to create images with increased detail and dynamic range, as well as lower noise levels. To achieve that it combines a burst of Raw images into one single DNG file that can then be further edited with a Raw converter of your choice.

What's the battery capacity and how is the endurance
performance?
Capacity: 2600Amh Endurance: A single full charge supports about 2 hours video taking; 3 hours photo shooting.
How long does it take for a full charge?

QooCam indicator lights status:
(1) When being charged, QooCam power light is red; charge completed, power light goes off.
(2) Blinking power lights indicate low battery.
(3) Quick flashing of shutter light indicates: SD card is broken; SD card is full;
Is QooCam waterproof?
No.
Why is the 180 3D footage Left and Right side “Mirrored” and not
“side by side”?
The source file is reversed. It would be “normal” after stitching in QooCam Studio.
Why is my long videos divided into several short videos?
QooCam would automatically divide long videos into short ones no more than 8 minutes.
Is it normal that my QooCam getting hot after using a long time?
QooCam has a aluminium body which is capable of dissipating heat. It will get hot after working for a long time but it won’t affect its functionality and image quality. We recommend you to use selfie stick or tripod for long-time shooting.
What should I do If QooCam suddenly stops working and won't
repond?
Step 1: Long hold the QooCam power button for 5 seconds to restart the camera. Step 2: If there is still no response, please charge QooCam using 5V 2A adapter for 3 hours. Still no luck? Please contact service@Kandaovr.com for help.

Why does my phone fail to find QooCam WiFi?
(1) QooCam has 2.4G WiFi and 5G WiFi, some Android phone can only connect with 2.4G WiFi. Please double click QooCam power button to activate 2.4G WiFi and re-connect. (2) Turn off WLAN+ experience.
Why does QooCam APP crash?
Crash a lot: Phone performance is not qualified for running QooCam APP; Crash in specific step: There could be some bug, please contact Kandao(support@Kandaovr.com) for support; Crash after new version firmware or APP installation: There could be some bug, please contact Kandao for support.
What should I do if my QooCam failed to connect with QooCam APP?

QooCam Studio has no editing feature yet. You can only stitch your QooCam files in QooCam Studio.

How can I process DNG image in QooCam Studio?
(1) Process a set of DNG8 in Raw+ software. Get a merged DNG; (2) Open the DNG in PS, Camera raw window would pop out; (3) In the Camera raw window, click save image, select .JPG as image extension name, select JPEG as image format, select All metadata. Save settings, click open image to enter PS main editing page; (4) Shift+Ctrl+S: save the picture as JPEG type image; (5) Stitch the .jpg image in QooCam Studio.

Why does QooCam Studio say“The file is abnormal”?
(1) You are importing stitched QooCam files to QooCam Studio. QooCam only recognize raw files. (2) You are importing non-QooCam files to QooCam Studio. (3) You changed the name of QooCam raw files.
Why does QooCam Studio say“The file extension is not supported”?
Supported file extension includes JPG and PNG. Please check If you are importing not supported files. V1.4.4.6 or above QooCam Studio(Win) support drag and drop.
Why does QooCam Studio say “the file is abnormal” even when I
import a QooCam JPG?
(1) The JPG you imported into QooCam Studio is originally DNG, you converted the DNG to JPG in a wrong way. (2) The JPG is with issue, please send the image to us for a check. Our email: support@kandaovr.com; service@kandaovr.com
How to check the camera firmware version?
Connect QooCam to the QooCam APP, go to “setting” and check the Firmware version.
What should I do If the firmware transfer failed?
(1) Please check whether your Qoocam App version is the latest one. (2) Please don’t keep the Qoocam running in the background when upgrading. (3) Please check whether the MicroSD card is inserted in the camera. (4) Please make sure that the camera electricity volume is above 50%.
